You may browse the site, read the published content, follow the documented installation instructions for donmai (the open-source runtime), and submit a contact form. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without prior written permission.
• Submit contact forms that are spam, harassment, or pretend to be someone other than yourself.
• Attempt to interfere with site availability, including by overwhelming endpoints with abusive traffic.
• Reverse-engineer or probe the site in ways that would violate applicable law. Good-faith security research is covered by our responsible disclosure policy.

Site copy, design, and original illustrations are © Rensei, Inc. The donmai open-source runtime is MIT-licensed and lives at github.com/RenseiAI/donmai. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Some content on the site describes roadmap items, in-progress capabilities, and intent. Every claim on the evidence page carries a declared status (VERIFIED, MEASURED, IN INTEGRATION, ROADMAP, DECLARED) and a provenance class, and capability copy elsewhere on the site states its status in line. Site content is not a contractual commitment.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Customer-facing platform commitments live in the master services agreement, not here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rensei, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

When we materially change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
