How we handle personal data.

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, company, role, and any message you provide on a contact form, submitted to /api/signup. We collect these to respond to your message and, where you opt in, to send occasional product updates.
• Analytics telemetry. Only after you grant analytics consent, Google Analytics collects standard web analytics signals: pages viewed, session duration, anonymized IP, referrer, device class. Analytics consent is denied by default in every region; without your explicit grant, no analytics cookies are set. We use these signals to understand which content is useful.
• Server logs. Vercel, our hosting provider, retains short-term request logs including IP address and user-agent. These exist to operate the site, defend against abuse, and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

• Consent: analytics and marketing cookies, and the optional opt-in for product updates.
• Legitimate interests: responding to inbound inquiries, abuse mitigation, and operational logging.
• Contract: if you become a customer, processing strictly necessary to perform the engagement.

• Vercel: hosting, edge delivery, request logs.
• Resend: transactional email delivery and, when you opt in, audience storage for product-update emails.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC): site analytics. Only loaded when you grant analytics consent.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

• Contact submissions: retained for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
• Marketing audience entries (opt-in only): retained until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Server logs:per Vercel's standard retention, typically 30 days.
• Analytics: per the GA4 data retention setting on this property.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Residents of the EEA, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with statutory data-subject rights can also object to processing, restrict it, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rensei.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

The site sets a small number of cookies. The cookies page documents the full inventory, what each one does, and how to manage your preferences.

Vercel, Resend, and Google operate globally. Where personal data of EEA or UK residents is transferred outside those jurisdictions, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards published by the relevant sub-processor.

When we make material changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes affecting active relationships, notify by email.
