Get one hosted routing (placement) decision's full stage walk and multi-hop linkage.

The ADR-D6 decision record: the six-stage walk (intent/permission/viability/preference/ranking/bind), per-candidate exclusions, chosen target, scores/propensity/receipts/rulesetRev when present, and parent/child decision links resolved from session_ledger_edges delegation edges plus the spawn-lineage columns (children).

Rensei API key presented as Authorization: Bearer rsk_live_. Required API-key scopes are recorded per operation in x-rensei-required-scopes.

Organization id (must match the authenticated org).

Placement decision id.

Response Body

The decision detail + resolved multi-hop linkage.

Every pool id referenced anywhere in decision, resolved to its execution_provider_pools display name. A pool id absent here did not resolve (soft-deleted, hard-deleted, or never valid); the web client renders it as " (deleted)".

List hosted routing (placement) decision records for the org.

Newest-first, optionally filtered by sessionId/instanceId/stepId/outcome, keyset-paginated. Each entry is a flat summary; GET the same id under /routing/decisions/{id} for the full stage walk.

Read an org's onboarding setup progress.

Returns the org onboarding progress flags (anthropic / codex / gemini / linear / github) and completedAt. Requires the caller to be an admin of the same org named in the path; a bearer org must match the path orgId (cross-tenant reads are 403).
