Resolve workflow-admitted revision-pinned headless launch selections.

Read-only project/workflow preflight for non-browser dispatch clients. Returns exact harness and Agent Card refs emitted by the canonical launch-options producer; callers submit one launchSelection verbatim and never author revisions. Exactly one candidate carries isResolvedDefault when the assignment cascade (workflow node -> project workType -> project default -> org workType -> org default -> system), walked at the same site the runtime uses including the authorizing agent.invoke node of this admitted workflow, names a viable winner among the listed harness candidates; resolvedDefault repeats it with the tier that chose it. A client given no explicit model profile submits that candidate. Candidate order is NOT authority: when resolvedDefault is null, resolvedDefaultReason says why and the client must refuse rather than pick.

The work type the run is dispatched with: the card's own on the Agent Dispatch workflow; the deprecated request word (research, implement or review) when a project without Agent Dispatch runs a system card on its per-work-type workflow.

listedHarnesses*array<>

The harnesses candidates were listed for: the explicit harness query when one was sent, else every admitted harness (pi, then codex, then muse, then claude). A client that sent no harness and sees only ["pi"] is talking to a Pi-only Platform.

The profile the assignment cascade would choose for this project and work type, pinned to the admitted candidate that carries isResolvedDefault. Null when the cascade resolved nothing or resolved a profile that is not an admitted candidate for a listed harness — read resolvedDefaultReason and refuse rather than picking another candidate.

Discover cards and their project workflow backing.

Discovery for card-based dispatch: lists visible cards with published workflow backing and an install/activate hint when unbacked for the project (same resolver, same visibility and publication rules). With `card`, returns that one card's detail - the per-card help the CLI prints and the typed parameter schema (`paramSchema`: the workflow's caller-settable parameters with defaults and constraints, plus the card's declared inputs) the CLI validates and prompts against before dispatching.

Append an immutable configured HarnessConnection revision.

Creates a connection or moves its current revision pointer with optimistic concurrency. `configuration.orgId` must equal the authenticated organization; a mismatch is refused, never rewritten. Same-revision/same-content retries are idempotent (`created: false`); same-revision/different-content and stale expected revisions return 409. Requires org-admin (human) or an unfenced credential holding `harness:write`/`*` (machine).
